AI, built by MKTNG
Your team is already using AI. We make it add up.
Five things we build. One record of your company underneath all of them. We call it Groundwork.
What we build.
For: owners whose pipeline leaks
Revenue Agent
An agent for business that reads your CRM, qualifies every lead the minute it lands, drafts the follow-up, and briefs you before every meeting. It never sends anything you didn't approve.
Read about the Revenue Agent →For: firms tired of sending PDFs into silence
Proposals
Proposals as pages on your own domain. They load fast, sound like you, report which sections got read, and feed the Revenue Agent. The proposal is the demo.
See how proposals work →For: firms the next prospect finds by asking an AI
AEO Websites
Sites built to be read, cited, and recommended by AI search. Under a second on a phone, every page written as an answer, an on-site AI that answers in your voice.

AI for Communications Teams
The knowledge and voice built underneath the AI tools your team already uses, so whoever hits send works from the same facts and sounds like you.

Groundwork
The structured record of your company that everything above reads from: what's true, how you talk, who you serve, what you won't say. Written in the Open Knowledge Format, an open specification from Google Cloud, in files you own. Build it once for the first department and every project after starts from it.
What's in Groundwork →Build the record once. Everything else starts from it.
Most companies buy AI one tool at a time, and each tool learns a different version of the business. Groundwork is the opposite move: write the company down once, in plain files any person and any AI agent can read, then point everything at it.
Your website says what the record says. A proposal says it in the same voice. The agent qualifies leads from the same facts. Nobody re-explains the company to a new tool, and when something changes, you change it in one place.
And the record gets sharper every week.
Groundwork stays current because the work feeds it. Proposals report which sections got read and which got skipped. The CRM shows which leads converted. The agent watches all of it and briefs you. What you learn goes back into the record, so the next draft, the next proposal, and the next brief start smarter than the last.
The agent never sends on its own and never edits your CRM. It reads, it appends, it reports. Every change to your record is a human decision.
Test your company's AI in five minutes.
Ask two people on your team the same question: "Who are we, and who's it for?" Have them use whatever AI they normally use.
You'll get two different answers. Nobody typed in the whole company, so each tool guessed at the rest.
That gap is what we fix.
How it adds up.
Every build runs the same way, and it starts with listening. Discovery and Roadmap is the first three steps, one phase, priced as one. The last two are the relationship.
1
Goals
Where you want AI to take the company, in your words.
2
Systems audit
What you're actually working with, documented, and where your team sits with AI.
3
Roadmap
What gets built, in what order, starting with Groundwork for the first department. The first time a number exists.
4
Foundation
The record, and the first system that runs on it.
5
Managed operation
A service agreement, a monthly tier, a quarterly review. The step that doesn't end.
6
Customer success
Someone owns it, your team learns it, drift gets caught early.
We built these for ourselves before we built them for anyone else.
BrightWork Realty
A revenue agent that runs Ben Olsen's pipeline inside Follow Up Boss: lead qualification, drafted follow-up, pre-meeting briefs, a weekly scorecard.

A community site with a home value estimator. 311 visitors since June, 126 of them from organic search.

Our own pipeline runs on the same architecture. Proposal engagement, CRM activity, and a morning briefing, delivered to the team before anyone opens a laptop.
GoldenDoodle AI
A communications product we built and shipped, now used by independent consultants and the nonprofits they serve.
How we think about this, in public.
We build these systems for our own pipeline first, then write about what worked. The latest:

Local AI Consultant or National Firm: What Changes at 50 People
For a company of 50 people, the choice between a local AI consultant and a national firm comes down to who sees how your work really happens.
It starts with a Working Session.
One conversation with your team about where you want AI to take the company, and what you're working with today. Based in Sacramento, we work with companies across Northern California and beyond. It's step one of six, and the start of Discovery and Roadmap.

Questions we get
Why does everyone on our team get different answers from AI?
Because each person is using AI with their own context. Nobody typed in the whole company, so each tool guessed at the rest. A shared knowledge base gives every tool the same source, so the answers line up.
What is shadow AI?
Shadow AI is what IT calls it when everyone quietly runs their own AI tools with no shared plan. The problem we fix is the second half: everyone is using AI and still pulling in different directions.
What is the difference between a revenue agent and AI for communications teams?
A revenue agent lives in your CRM and works your pipeline: qualifying leads, drafting follow-up, briefing you before meetings. AI for communications teams builds Groundwork underneath the tools your people already use, so output sounds like one company. Both run on the same foundation.
How long before we see something working?
We build the knowledge record for the first department, not the whole company, so the first project ships in weeks. A revenue agent is typically live in your CRM in six to eight weeks. More on how we handle AI implementation.
Do we own the knowledge base if we stop working with MKTNG?
Yes. The record is yours. Groundwork is written in the Open Knowledge Format, an open specification from Google Cloud that any editor and any AI agent can read, so it leaves with you intact if we ever part ways.
What is Groundwork?
Groundwork is the structured record of your company that everything we build reads from: your website, your proposals, your agents. It holds what is true, how you talk, who you serve, and what you will not say, in open-format files you own. Build it once for the first department and every later project starts from it.
What is a Working Session?
The first conversation. One session with your team about where you want AI to take the company. It is step one of six, and the start of Discovery and Roadmap, which ends with a written roadmap and a number for the first build. It's the first meeting of what most firms call an AI readiness assessment.
