AI implementation and deployment
AI implementation services for companies without a dev team
What it is
AI implementation is the work of getting an AI system running inside your real operations: connected to your CRM and documents, grounded in your company's own knowledge, used by your team, and maintained after launch. MKTNG implements AI for small and mid-sized companies by building a shared knowledge foundation first, then one working system on top of it, then operating it under a service agreement.
The pilot worked in the demo. Then it met your company.
Most stalled AI projects look the same from the inside. Someone ran a pilot. It gave decent answers in a meeting. Then it went live, quoted a price you retired last year, called a customer by the wrong company name, and quietly stopped getting used.
The model was fine. It didn't know your business, and nobody's job was to teach it. Every new tool after that starts from zero again, and each one learns a different version of you.
What the category calls deployment, we call Foundation
In our six steps, implementation is step four. We call it Foundation because of what gets built first.
We write your company down once for the first department: what's true, how you talk, who you serve, what you won't say. That record is Groundwork. It lives in open-format files you own, readable by any person and any AI tool. Then we build the first system on top of it. For most clients that's a Revenue Agent in the CRM. For others it's a website, a proposal system, or assistants for a communications team.
It's delivered like a project, with a fixed price you saw in the roadmap before anything started.
Integration means your systems stay where they are
We connect to the CRM you already run: HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, Pipedrive, Zoho. The agent reads and appends. It never overwrites a record and never asks you to replace a system to make room for it.
Autonomy comes last. Our order of operations is knowledge first, integration second, autonomy last. An agent drafts before it ever sends, and each new permission is a decision a person on your team makes.
One department first, because that's what ships
Writing down the whole company takes a year and helps nobody in the meantime. One department's knowledge takes weeks, and the first build pays for the attention. At BrightWork Realty Advocates, the first job was the CRM itself: 2,642 tags rebuilt down to about 60, before the agent did anything. Since June 2026 that agent has reached new leads in a median of 7.7 seconds, with the founder approving every message.

Once it's live, the system moves into managed operation. If you're earlier than this and still deciding where to start, that's the readiness assessment.
It starts with a Working Session.
One conversation with your team about where you want AI to take the company, and what you're working with today. It's step one of six, and the start of Discovery and Roadmap.

Questions we get
What are AI implementation services?
AI implementation services cover the work between choosing to use AI and having it run in daily operations: preparing company knowledge, connecting existing systems, building the agent or tool, training the team, and maintaining it. MKTNG handles all of it, starting with one department.
How long does AI implementation take for a mid-sized company?
The first build ships in weeks because we scope the foundation to one department. A Revenue Agent is typically live in a CRM in six to eight weeks. The schedule for your build is set in the roadmap.
Why do AI pilots fail after launch?
Usually because the tool was never given the company's actual knowledge, and nobody owned it after launch. It answers from guesses, the team stops trusting it, and usage fades. A shared knowledge record and a named owner fix both.
Do we have to replace our CRM or other software?
No. We build on what you run today. The agent reads from and appends to your existing CRM and never overwrites records.
Will the AI send things without our approval?
No. It drafts, a person approves. Any additional autonomy is granted in stages, and each grant is a human decision.
Who owns what gets built?
You own the knowledge record outright. Groundwork is written in the Open Knowledge Format, an open specification from Google Cloud, so any editor and any AI tool can read it without us.
What is Groundwork?
Groundwork is the structured record of your company that every system we build reads from. Build it once for the first department and every later project starts from it.
