Sidecar

Your book of business should travel with you

A relationship system for people in regulated industries who sell on trust.

Your firm tracks accounts, and Sidecar tracks your relationships

Sidecar knows everyone you know, notices when they change jobs, and tells you who to call each week. It runs alongside your firm's systems, never inside them, so nothing touches client accounts or firm data. When you change firms, your network comes with you.

Everything your firm's CRM was never built to do

Six things that keep your network warm and make it bigger.

Your whole network in one place

Import your LinkedIn connections and contacts once. Every person gets a current title, firm, and job history, plus where they worked when you met.

Know the moment someone moves

When a contact changes firms or gets promoted, confirm it in one click. A congratulations note is drafted the same day.

Who to call this week

Every Monday, a short list: who to contact, who moved, one reconnect, and one introduction to make. You set the volume.

Walk into every room prepared

Before a conference or chapter meeting, get a packet: who you know there, who they can introduce, and who else fits your referral profile.

Drafts in your voice, never sent

The AI drafts first lines that sound like you. You decide what goes out, and you send it yourself.

Controls your compliance team can read

No access to firm systems, no account data, no send button, no scraping. Every import shows a receipt of what was kept and dropped.

Working in it within about 30 days

  1. A two-hour Working Session maps your best referral sources and where you're headed.
  2. You download your LinkedIn archive, and we import, clean, and enrich your network.
  3. We build and tune it while you use it for two weeks.
  4. Your first weekly brief arrives, and we keep the data current from there.

How the six steps work

It starts with a Working Session.

Two hours on your network and goals, and you leave with a plan.

Questions we get

Who is Sidecar for?

Anyone who sells on relationships inside a regulated firm: commercial lenders, business bankers, relationship managers, loan officers, insurance producers, financial advisors, and M&A advisors.

Is Sidecar a CRM?

It's a personal relationship system. Your firm's CRM tracks accounts and pipeline for the firm. Sidecar tracks your network for you, side by side, which is where the name comes from.

Does my firm need to approve it?

It runs outside your firm's systems and holds no account data, so in many firms it's a personal tool. Check your firm's policy on outside tools. If compliance wants a look, the controls are written for them.

What happens when I change firms?

Your network comes with you. That's the point.

I'm a financial advisor. Does Sidecar work for me?

Yes, with care. Advisors work under strict recordkeeping and communications rules. Sidecar never sends messages and stores no account data, but confirm your firm's outside-tools policy first.

Does it send messages for me?

No. It drafts. You decide what to send, and you send it from your own email.

Where does the data come from?

Your LinkedIn archive, your own contacts, and licensed professional data that keeps titles and firms current. We never scrape LinkedIn.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Teammates can see who on the team knows someone, without seeing each other's private notes.

Does it work with an AI assistant?

It can. An assistant can do anything you can do in the app, under the same limits. It's optional.

What is Groundwork?

Groundwork is the structured knowledge foundation every MKTNG system is built on. In Sidecar, it holds what makes your outreach sound like you: your voice, your referral profile, and the rules your weekly brief follows.
